Rules for handicap calculation

In an attempt to make the game more fair and balanced players with a higher skill level will be handicapped. The handicap is calculated as follows:

1. 1. If the difference in skill level is 3 or 4, the handicap is 1.
2. 2. If the difference in skill level is between 5 and 9, the handicap is 2.
3. 3. If the difference in skill level is 10 or more, the handicap is 3.
4. 4. The handicap level is capped at 3 regardless of the difference in skill level. Previously the handicap was capped at 4 but this was deemed too high and unfair.
